The Elysiüm Eyewear brand is born out of a collaboration spanning three years between John Lo at the Elysiüm and Tommy O’Gara, creative designer and design maverick behind The Light Co.Ltd. With a proclivity to values based endeavors, it is no coincidence that both share a practicing interest in martial arts and the accompanying mindset, discipline and values behind the multi disciplinary art form. With this in mind, John and Tommy embarked on this project to produce eyewear pieces of utmost design and build quality. Not without conflict and grind. Blood, sweat and spittle was shed yet what prevails is integrity and respect. What is presented here has been forged out of these bouts of creative grind and sparring.
Meticulously crafted across Japan’s intricate eyewear manufacturing complex — much of which remains hand-made and perfected over generations — the Elysiüm Eyewear range is the result of an unyielding focus on performance, purpose and care.
